Pathways to Work funded by City of Doncaster Council
Funded by Doncaster Council, Pathways to Work provides personalised support for local people who want to get into work. The programme helps remove barriers, build confidence and develop the skills needed for employment. Participants are connected with training, employers and long-term job opportunities.
Where are we?
We’re proud to deliver of our Pathways to Work programme right here in the heart of Doncaster, at Cavendish Court, DN1 2DJ.
This central, accessible location allows us to work closely with local people, local employers, and our wider community. By delivering training in Doncaster, for Doncaster residents, we’re creating real opportunities, reducing barriers, and helping people take their next steps with confidence.
Sector Pathways
Our team of Trainers, Mentors and Job Brokers bring real industry experience across Construction, Adult Social Care and Hospitality. We work closely with sector specialists to design programmes that equip you with the practical skills, knowledge and confidence needed to gain and sustain employment.
Alongside sector-specific training, you’ll have the chance to work towards recognised qualifications such as the CSCS Green Card, the Care Certificate, and Food Hygiene certification.
You’ll also receive ongoing mentoring and personalised employability support from our dedicated Job Brokers, who will guide you through every step of your journey into work.
