Our popular CSCS Pathway to Work Programme is back for a second year, and it's bigger and better than ever.

Designed for people aged 16 and over, this fully funded programme provides the training, qualifications and support needed to take the first step into the construction industry.

Participants will benefit from:

• CSCS training and card support
• Employability skills and job search support
• Access to construction employment opportunities
• Ongoing guidance from our experienced team

We're also introducing additional support for this year's programme. Participants who secure employment may be eligible for funding towards their Provisional Driving Licence and CBT Test, helping to remove barriers to work and create more opportunities for long-term employment.
